How does OpenMic use AI?
Our AI features are designed to help you connect with the right people faster and more meaningfully. For example, we use an optional AI-powered chat to learn more about your creative goals and improve collaboration matches. We also use smart algorithms in our search system to recommend musicians who align with your interests.
Neither OpenMic nor the trusted tools we work with use your content to train AI or create generative music. We’re committed to protecting your intellectual property, maintaining transparency, and ensuring your creativity stays fully your own.
How do I block or report a user?
If someone’s making you uncomfortable or violating our community guidelines, you can block or report them directly from their profile or chat. Just tap the three dots in the top right corner and select Block or Report. Our team reviews all reports to help keep OpenMic a safe and supportive space for everyone. How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, open the app and go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account.
